New Mars pictures taken by Phoenix Probe

The photos of the Martian surface arrived about 45 minutes earlier than expected and the Canberra's space scientists then relayed the images to NASA in the US for analysis.

Another polemic video has surfaced and spread all over the world thanks to Internet. This time the "star" is a French air stewardess performing a sexy striptease for the captain while the plane was flying and with several hundred passengers.

The video was leaked onto the internet by members of the French crew and has sparked a major probe at several European airlines to discover the crew members responsible.

Yep, this is the video everyone is talking about but is now hard to find as is banned and/or removed from almost everywhere (YouTube, DailyMotion, MetaCafe, etc.)

You'll see and hear Tom talking about his religion, Scientology, while the very well known Mission Impossible soundtrack is played in the background.

This nine-minute video was shown at a 2004 International Association of Scientologists meeting but it is not known why or how it has surfaced now.

Brad Renfro dies at 25

Troubled actor Brad Renfro, who first starred opposite Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones in the 1994 film "The Client," died Tuesday morning following a night of drinking, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has confirmed.

The cause of the 25-year-old actor's death was not immediately known.

Renfro had a history of drug problems, including an arrest two years ago in Downtown Los Angeles for allegedly trying to buy heroin. In May 2006, he spent 10 days in jail after pleading no-contest to driving while intoxicated and pleading guilty to attempted possession of heroin.

Though an autopsy is planned for Wednesday or Thursday, results of a toxicology test to determine whether drugs were a factor in his death will take six to eight weeks.

New York - Tiffany Pollard sex tape?

MediaTakeOut.com reports that a New York sex tape has leaked onto the internet.

New York, also known as Tiffany Pollard, is best known for her part in the VH1 reality TV show Flavor of Love and her own follow up show, I Love New York.

The tape in question features a man and a woman; however the man is not identified as New York’s current crush, George Weisgerber.

Media Take Out claims that they “managed to get its hands on an ... tape of Tiffany "New York" Pollard and one of our readers. According to our reader, he and New York met up at a Miami club a few months ago and the two of them had a ... A-HEM ... romantic encounter together. It's not clear whether New York was aware that they're encounter was being taped."

No comment has been made by New York.

First virus reported for the iPhone

Actually a malware known as "trojan": While not a huge risk, this is the first Trojan for the iPhone that has been discovered. The first reports came from iPhone enthusiast site Modmyifone.com and were later confirmed by security research company F-Secure.

The Trojan specifically targets users that have modded their iPhone so they can install third-party applications. The application masks itself as an update to Erica’s Utilities and is labeled as “113 prep.”

According to Modmyifone.com all the app does is say “shoes.” However, when uninstalled, the application removes files from the /bin directory on the iPhone, breaking valid apps like Sendfile and Erica’s Utilities.

The Web site hosting the application was taken offline soon after it was discovered, reports F-Secure.

“Hopefully this serves as a warning for those who have opened their iPhones using a security hole in the system and then installing unverified software without a second thought to what they are doing,” said F-Secure on its Web site.

F-Secure reported that it was an 11-year-old kid playing with XML files who created the Trojan. “Next time it might be someone else with more skills and with specific target,” they said.

This is the video the Pentagon released where an iranian speedboat is seen getting closer to american warships.

"The Pentagon released dramatic footage last night showing how American warships were seconds away from opening fire on Iranian gunboats that swarmed around a US Navy squadron as it entered the crowded Strait of Hormuz on Sunday.

As the Iranian patrol boats closed in, a voice threatened over the radio: “I am coming to you. You will explode after two minutes.”

The four-minute video, of an incident that lasted 20 minutes, was shot from the bridge of the USS Hopper, a destroyer that was leading the cruiser USS Port Royal and the frigate USS Ingraham into the Gulf through international waters."

Bill Gates surprised everyone: Before Bill Gates got into the major news of his last CES keynote address last night, he played a video portraying what his last day on the job would be like. A star-studded cast bid him farewell from Microsoft as they parodied Gates' struggle to fill up all the free time he'd inevitably have after he leaves his full-time job in July.

First, Matthew McConaughey helps Gates get buff in the gym, then Gates goes on to a recording studio with Jay-Z. After an attempt at rapping, Gates turns incredulously to Jay-Z and says, "So let me get this straight. You can retire, and then unretire?"

He calls Bono, Jon Stewart and Steven Spielberg begging for work. They all turned him down. He called Barrack Obama to ask him if he was in need of a running mate. Obama, not knowing which Bill was on the line said, "Bill? Bill Clinton?"

From what I heard from people after the keynote, his retirement video was one of the most entertaining of Gates' many speeches over the years.
